Melting
Induction furnace commissioned so steel chemistry is set in house, not bought in on trust.
Rolling
Re-rolling unit added to produce alloy steel rounds and bars in the sizes the forge needs.
Forging
Drop forging unit with hammers and presses for components made to drawing.
Machining
CNC turning and vertical machining centres bring forgings to final dimensions.
Assurance
Laboratory, tool room and AutoCAD design close the loop from melt to certificate.
