Normalizing, hardening, and tempering furnaces bring the component to exact mechanical properties, grain structure, and HBW/HRC hardness.

Yes. We specialize in custom manufacturing forged and machined components strictly to customer engineering drawings, CAD models (DWG, STEP, DXF), and international standards (ISO, DIN, ASTM, IS). Our internal tool room and CAD/CAM engineering team design and fabricate all necessary dies and fixtures.
Our certified inspection laboratory includes optical emission spectrometer for chemical composition, universal testing machine (UTM) for tensile/yield properties, hardness testing (Brinell/Rockwell), magnetic particle inspection (MPI) for crack detection, ultrasonic testing (UT), Izod/Charpy impact testing, and optical metallography.
